Job summary

Baptist is seeking a skilled Medical Coder in Memphis, TN to code diagnoses and procedures for inpatient and outpatient records using ICD-9-CM and CPT-4. The role requires at least 3 years in an acute care facility and the ability to abstract information for reimbursement and regulatory reporting.

The coder will support physicians and staff, serve as a coding resource, and complete assigned goals in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications
