Job summary

Code Ninjas is seeking a Coding Instructor/Code Sensei to join our team of energetic minds. You will oversee day-to-day coaching and student engagement, helping young minds build problem-solving skills through coding projects. Our Senseis are essential to creating a fun, safe learning environment for children aged 7–14.

We value those who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and collaborating with others. Training on our curriculum is provided, and you will be supported by a dynamic center team.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring, coaching, or tutoring children aged 7+.
• Comfortable working with the public and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic coding knowledge or quick learner of coding concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum and learn it through training.
• Create a positive, safe environment for children to grow.
• Assess student skill sets and tailor activities.
• Provide feedback to parents after sessions.
• Follow daily opening/closing duties and maintain dojo cleanliness.
• Report progress weekly to Regional Director and daily on activities.
