Job summary

Wellington Management invites Northeastern University students to join a Co‑op in the Investment Platform Legal Team and Regulatory Reporting – Code of Ethics. The role offers exposure to equity and fixed income documentation, policy adherence, and regulatory requirements within a global context.

You will contribute to governance, prepare client documents, and support data-driven decision making while collaborating with internal partners across US, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials are required.
• A legal or financial services focus is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions regarding the Firm’s Code of Ethics Policies/Program.
• Assist with broker account lifecycle in the Code of Ethics program.
• Collaborate with global compliance, risk, and audit teams to drive coordinated outcomes.
• Create and maintain data visualizations and reporting tools to improve transparency.
• Identify opportunities to automate compliance processes through workflow enhancements.
• Support other key Legal, Compliance and Risk initiatives.
• Create and maintain operational procedures.
• Perform document review, production and research tasks.
