Job summary

Grand Canyon University seeks a Code of Conduct Administrator to investigate violations of academic integrity and student conduct. You will organize hearings, manage student files, and communicate with the campus community under FERPA guidelines.

You will synthesize data, generate metrics, and support policy improvements while upholding the University's Christian mission and values. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills in a dynamic campus environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to synthesize complex information and design workflows.
  • Strong data collection and research capabilities.
  • Able to compute rate, ratio and percent; create bar graphs.

  • Uphold integrity and Christian values per University mission.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate Code of Conduct violations for the University.
  • Organize and facilitate hearings and due process procedures.
  • Maintain electronic student files in line with FERPA.
  • Communicate with students, faculty and staff about processes.
  • Document accreditation communications and records.
  • Gather and analyze metrics to improve policies.
  • Collaborate in group problem solving and teamwork.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor.

Grand Canyon University is seeking a Code of Conduct Administrator.
