Qualifications

• TDLR license required for the role.
• IPMC certification is a plus.
• 1+ year experience in security, enforcement, or compliance.
• Experience in building, construction, or trades is highly desired.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and valid license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections.
• Read and examine plans and specifications when required.
• Report violations and maintain files/records.
• Perform other related duties as required.
