Qualificações

• Thorough understanding of the NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and local zoning laws.
• Ability to read/interpret construction plans and communicate with the public.
• Proficient in using computer applications for record-keeping and permit tracking.
• Possession of NYS Code Enforcement Official certification.
• Experience in building construction, inspection, or related field.
