Job summary

The role involves interpreting, verifying, updating, recording, and processing information and documents, with heavy typing, data entry, and record maintenance. The position requires interacting with the public and county departments to provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide information to the general public in person, by telephone or by mail.
• Input information from forms and vouchers into a computer to establish and update records.
• Prepare contracts, subpoenas, reports, summaries, work orders and billings.
• Monitor, maintain and update reports, logs, spreadsheets and databases.
• Receive, review, process and issue vouchers, invoices, permits and licenses.
• Answer and direct calls, schedule appointments and refer callers to appropriate personnel.
