Job summary

St. Louis County’s Department of Transportation and Public Works seeks to fill the role of Office Services Specialist, for their Code Enforcement division.

The position will perform complex office duties in support of the Chief Plumbing Supervisor and team, interpreting and processing information and documents, and providing technical assistance to the public. The schedule is 8 hours a day, Monday – Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within County

Qualifications

• Equivalent to three years of experience in a general office environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, verify, update, record and process information and documents.
• Issue and approve applications for permits, licenses or bonds.
• Interact with the public and County departments, providing guidance.
• Prepare reports and documentation for meetings.
