Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, recommending, drafting, disseminating and enforcing department policies.
• Coordinate special projects with other city departments or outside agencies.
• Prepare and file litigation documents; maintain case files and calendars.
• Conduct legal research and analysis and advise attorney on procedures and standards.
• Prepare administrative and legal documents including letters, memos, pleadings, contracts, and deeds.
• Review contracts and ensure proper certifications and signatures.
