Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries about permits and licenses, explains municipal code requirements.
• Investigates code violations and coordinates enforcement actions with other departments.
• Prepares case information and presents evidence at hearings and legal proceedings.
• Maintains records of applications, inspections, and violations.
• Provides guidance and training as required to junior staff and interns.
