Job description

To serve all guests drinks and personable with guests and employees. Clean and pick up glasses on the floor and bring them back to bar.

• Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
• Serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages to our patrons.
• Strong communication skills are required in this position.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for our guests.
• Up-hold the laws set forth by the California State Alcohol Beverage Control.
• Abiding by the policies and procedures of the Trinidad Rancheria.
• Report any dangerous or un-safe conditions to the Manager.
• Treat guests and fellow employees courteously.
• Display a cordial and respectful attitude toward patrons.
• Personal hygiene while on property must be impeccable.
• Perform housekeeping duties when required.
• Be knowledgeable of all products or services provided by the Trinidad Rancheria.
• Monitor the consumption of alcohol by the guest, and bearing in mind current state laws pertaining to age and consumption.
• Ability to handle cash transactions.
• Respond to guest needs quickly and efficiently.
• Be flexible to schedule changes and work regular lounge hours of operation.
• Must have a friendly attitude, but maintain control of all situations that may occur.

• Working environment consists of various levels of smoke, noise, light, heat, and cold.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, reach, and bend. Must be able to stand, walk for periods of six or more hours.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to operate in physically and mentally stressful conditions.
• Must have the manual dexterity to use a computer keyboard, micros touch screen and phone.
