Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a bartender to prepare beverages and provide service with a friendly, courteous approach. You will also act as a cashier for the beverage outlet, balance the house bank, and maintain bar setup and cleanliness throughout shifts.
You will greet guests, promote drinks, input orders at POS, and ensure accurate charges while delivering high guest satisfaction in a casino resort setting.
Prepare beverages and provide beverage service in a friendly courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Prepare beverages for service by cocktail servers. Act as a cashier for the beverage outlet.

Bartending school certificate or 3 months bartending experience. Customer service skills required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Knowledge of all state, federal and corporate regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
