Job summary

Maverick-Nv-LL's Red Garter and Wendover Nugget casinos are hiring a Cocktail Server to deliver prompt and friendly beverage service to guests in our casino restaurants. You will act as a mobile cashier for beverage transactions and may offer complimentary drinks to gambling guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, replenishing beverages, maintaining station cleanliness, complying with liquor regulations, and promoting positive guest relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Bar Card.
• Comply with company and department policies and procedures.

• Server and replenishes beverages as requested.
• Continuously checking on patrons and offering complimentary drinks to the patrons that are actively gambling.
• Checks supply and maintains proper set up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift
• Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles.
• Abides by all State, Federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Perform related and/or other duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Bar Card.
• Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
• Maintain strict confidence regarding company related matters.
• Ability to maintain well groomed appearance at all times.
• Knowledge of the Info Genesis system and drink prices.
