HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly, guest‑focused server for Kimpton Fort Lauderdale Beach. You will greet guests, take and input orders, and deliver meals with accuracy while promoting specials and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Must be willing to pitch in and help coworkers as a team player.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Record and input orders into POS, ensuring accuracy.
• Deliver orders to guests with appropriate condiments.
• Abide by state and corporate rules for serving alcohol.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Promote desserts and specialty coffees as requested.
• Operate POS to pre-check and close checks.
