Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Cocktail Server for Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. This part-time role is paid at $20 per hour in a tip-free environment.

You will serve in a rooftop/lounge environment and a sports bar, providing prompt, courteous service and maintaining cleanliness of the front of house. Qualifications include a friendly, communicative demeanor, POS experience, and certifications in Food Safety and Texas Alcohol Beverage within 30 days

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality for guest service.
• Restaurant, bar or lounge serving experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Liquor, beer and wine knowledge desirable.
• Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to take drink and food orders in a high-volume setting.
• Assist guests with beverage knowledge and menu options.
• Clear plates, clean tables, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.

This position is responsible for providing prompt, courteous service for the guest, and will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant front of house. It is important to know that we are tip-free environment so this position is paid a base hourly rate, no tips will be received.Status: Part TimeAvailability: Sundays are required.
