Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Cocktail Server for Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, TX. The role focuses on prompt, courteous service in rooftop and lobby lounges, with no-tips pay and base hourly rate. You will help guests choose beverages, keep front-of-house clean, and support event spaces.

The position requires a friendly personality, food safety knowledge, and POS system experience. Training provided; Sundays required with some weekends off.

What you will have an opportunity to do

BASIC FUNCTION: The Cocktail Server will work in our social venues and lounges which include a rooftop lounge, lobby lounge, high volume sports bar with amazing BBQ, and an outdoor pavilion. This position is responsible for providing prompt, courteous service for the guest, and will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant front of house. It is important to know that we are tip‑free environment so this position is paid a base hourly rate, no tips will be received. Status: Full Time Availability: Sundays are required. Occasional Friday and Saturday preferred . Pay: $20 per hour, no tips Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Interact with guests to take drink and food orders. Assist guests with beverage knowledge in making drink selections. Clear plates and glasses, clean tables and maintain a clean workspace. Perform side work such as polishing silverware, rolling silver, cleaning side stations, vacuuming, and more. Enter orders on a point of sale system, present checks to guest, and take payment. What are we looking for? QUALIFICATIONS

Friendly and outgoing personality. Likes to smile and talk to people. Restaurant, bar or lounge serving experience preferred, but not required. We will train! Liquor, beer and wine knowledge desirable. Experience working on a F&B Point of Sale system desirable. Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re‑certified as needed.

Compensation: $20 - $20
