Feather Falls Casino is seeking a Guest Service Agent in the Security department to ensure a safe, honest, and pleasant environment for guests and employees. The role supports transfers of funds, escorts guests, and participates in jackpot verification as part of ongoing casino operations.
Starting wage is $17.00-$18.00 per hour, with full-time eligibility for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, generous PTO and a 401(k) with match.

Education Level – High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience – No previous experience required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Class A Gaming License(As provided for a nominal feewith a clean background check)
