• Hourly Position - Part Time or Full Time

• Always be upbeat and passionate about providing Forbes 5 Star guest service, while upholding impeccable product knowledge of all aspects of the menu and our vast beverage offerings.
• Communicate with the manager daily about guest interactions.
• Clearly communicate with the bartender about guest orders.
• Clean and organize the work area daily.
• Implement the steps of service for every guest interaction according to the outlined standard(s).
• Prepare for the next day according to the outlined standard(s).
• Work with the team to reach one common goal, “guest satisfaction”.
• Perform job functions with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Be able to organize, prioritize, and follow through with assigned tasks.
• Must possess the ability to adapt in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor with guests and teammates at all times.
• Upholds the core values and policies & procedures of the resort.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcohol.
• One year of past cocktail serving experience preferred.
• Certification of alcohol awareness program, training in food, wine & liquor service preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be able to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift minimum weight of 40 lbs. across short-medium distances.
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of shift while reaching, bending and stooping as needed.
• Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.
• Ability to reach, bend, lift, and carry trays / ovals.
