Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
At least two years of cocktail serving experience.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a Food Handler card up to date.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and acknowledge celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other notes.
Presents menus, answers questions, and suggests food and beverage items.
Coordinate with bar staff to ensure beverage availability.
Enter all orders accurately into the POS system and follow cash/payment card procedures.
Maintain complete knowledge of products being served and up-sell as appropriate.
Follow health code, dress code, and other serving standards.
Check IDs to ensure guests are of proper drinking age.
