Job summary

Easy Bar in Chicago is seeking a Cocktail Server to ensure guests have a great experience, creating a fun environment while staying attuned to guests’ needs.

You will maintain knowledge of beverages, service standards, daily specials, events, and parties; prioritize service and execute accordingly. Weekend and late-night availability is preferred. $12.96/hr + tips, with full-time benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous server or bar/restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun environment and ensure guests have a great experience.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages, daily specials, events, and parties; prioritize service and execute accordingly.
• Provide fast, accurate service and maintain positive guest relations.
• Engage and converse easily and positively with guests.
