• Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Provides prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests.
• Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, charges, tokens, and bank issues.
• Keeps informed of promotional beverages, events, and services.
• Maintains financial controls and responsibilities.
• Interacts positively and professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Resolves service issues per guidelines.
• Serves tables in order of arrival, with exceptions as directed.
• Takes orders and serves drinks, ensuring proper temperatures.
• Cleans and maintains station, including trash removal and station prep.
• Assists bartenders as needed and knows all drink prices.
• Completes shift checkout and paperwork accurately.
• Verifies guest age when unsure.
• Uses positive communication and Red Carpet Training skills with patrons and coworkers.
• Performs duties safely and reports hazards.
• Maintains confidentiality in all company matters.
