Job summary

Unknown is seeking a cocktail server to provide professional drink service to guests, promoting and documenting drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly while maintaining bar cleanliness.

Candidates must be at least 21, able to read and follow instructions, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Alcohol awareness card is required, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Cocktail server experience preferred or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.
• Promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selections of all call, and premium brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to guest in a timely manner.
• Always maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment, etc.
• Maintain proper and adequate set‑up of bar daily, before, after and during shift.
• Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
• Interact with co‑workers and customers in a professional and polite manner.
• Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
