Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across the property and to train new Cocktail Servers, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Reporting to the Beverage Manager, you will uphold liquor laws, maintain cleanliness, handle cash, and support training to meet SOPs and service standards in a dynamic casino setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with 1 year of high volume cocktail service experience or the equivalent.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
• Casino experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serve drinks and collect monies in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines.
• Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times.
• Adhere to beverage control procedures.
• Demonstrate commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns.
• Conduct training and coaching for new hire Cocktail Servers to ensure SOPs are met.
