Job summary

Hard Rock International's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Bar Porter for a part-time, onsite position. You will manage bar supplies, assist with carts and liquor storage, and help maintain a clean, safe service area to ensure a memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of high-volume beverage service in a nightlife setting, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable availability for varied shifts. TIPS training is preferred and ongoing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of high-volume beverage service experience in a night club or similar setting.
• Must undergo TIPS training on an ongoing basis.
• Must possess good time management skills and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must have open availability and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Pushes, pulls, stocks and unloads carts and liquor cabinets.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar area to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Assists bartenders during service and supports beverage operations.
