Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alcohol Beverage Awareness (TAM) card required.
• Food Handler’s Safety Card required.
• Valid Sheriff’s Work Card or ability to obtain one required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as cocktail server.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest interactions while accurately serving beverages to guests.
• Take beverage orders and process payments.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Balance cash at start and end of shift.
• Present drink menus and answer questions about beverages.
• Keep assigned areas clean and organized.
