Job summary

The D Las Vegas is hiring a Cocktail Server to walk the casino floor or assigned area and ensure timely beverage service for Guests. You will uphold service standards and collaborate with beverage staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates read and speak English, can multitask, and are comfortable working weekends and holidays. A minimum 21 years of age and ability to obtain work cards are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain required work cards

Responsibilities

• Walk the casino floor or assigned area to ensure Beverage Service is provided to Guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Support and promote the company service standards at all times
• Work well with bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors, and other staff
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and manage guest alcohol service as needed
