Pay Rate: $16.00/Hour, Plus Tips opportunity!

Purpose

The Cocktail Server welcomes guests, takes food and beverage orders, and ensures timely delivery to guest satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide guests with menu, pricing, and allergen information.
• Cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Enter orders into POS system accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and drinks according to specifications.
• Replenish stock during shifts.
• Move furniture as directed by management.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve complaints positively.
• Comply with safety, health, and liquor laws.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Process payments and close checks accurately.
• Report equipment failures or hazards.
• Complete assigned duties and additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 21+ years old.
• State work cards.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Knowledge of beer and spirits.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations skills.
• Sanitation and safety awareness.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Working Conditions

Indoor/outdoor work, exposure to varying environments, fast-paced restaurant setting, working on varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Use hands to handle objects.
• Repeat movements for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reach, climb stairs, balance, and crouch as needed.
