Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas, TX is seeking a Cocktail Server for City Hall Bistro. You will provide warm, informed service for a bright all-day dining experience, crafting beverage recommendations from classic cocktails to contemporary creations.

Excellent knowledge of our menu and presentation standards is key. You will establish rapport with guests, offer informed suggestions, and carry trays with ease in a fast-paced environment while delivering impeccable hospitality.

We seek the cocktail server that knows and appreciates the art of the drink. This individual is knowledgeable about both traditional and creative libations ranging from classic cocktails to craft beers and makes recommendations to those seeking new experiences. They increase customer retention and loyalty by serving quality beverages with impeccable service and warm hospitality.
