Job summary

The Post Oak in Biloxi is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take and deliver drink orders, and offer recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of cocktails and beverages. This is a 21+ tipped position focusing on fast, friendly service and teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar customer service role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
• Must be 21 years old.

Cocktail Server
A Cocktail Server is a key member of our hospitality staff. This position contributes to the overall guest experience by providing excellent service and creating a positive atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages

• Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences

• Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders

• Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases

• Maintain a clean and organized work area; Monitor and restock supplies as needed

• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service

• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
