Live! Hospitality in Pointe Orlando seeks a Cocktail Server for Palm Tree Club. You will present menus, take orders, and deliver beverages, while maintaining cleanliness and upholding alcohol-safety standards. Training includes cocktail server and alcohol safety, with opportunities to lead by example.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced venue such as a nightclub or lounge.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Courteous, pleasant, and hospitable demeanor expected.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local/state rules.
• Able to take, record and enter guest orders with correct table/position numbers.
• Able to calculate tips based on policy and procedures.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Present menus, answer questions and make beverage/food suggestions.
• Enter all orders into the POS system accurately.
• Serve all alcoholic beverages in accordance with state regulations and training.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations and venue.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and trainings; learn by listening and leading by example.
• Support co-workers and communicate guest needs to front/heart-of-house staff.
