Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Cocktail Server to deliver exceptional beverage service at AT&T Stadium and premium club areas. You will host guests with knowledge of cocktails, wines, and food pairings while maintaining a polished appearance and a high standard of guest experience.

The role requires 2–3 years in fast-paced hospitality, 18+ years old, and current TABC certification or ability to obtain before shift. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, timely, professional service to all guests.
• Take and process beverage orders, verify guest IDs per alcohol laws.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Know cocktail menus, wine, beer, and spirits to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible service.
• Collaborate with bartenders, runners, suite attendants, culinary staff, cashiers, and supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events.
• Complete opening/closing/side work: stock stations, polish glassware, restock supplies.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve service concerns, escalate to management when needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations; comply with cash handling and policies.

JOB SUMMARY :

The Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating outstanding guest experience in premium clubs, suites, lounges, and other designated hospitality areas. This position serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assists with food service, and ensures guests receive attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service throughout each event.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION

INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing friendly, timely, and professional service to all guests.
• Take and accurately process beverage orders while verifying guest identification in accordance with alcohol service laws.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes, service standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Possess extensive knowledge of cocktail menus, wine selections, beer offerings, spirits, and food menus in order to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Monitor guest beverage consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, runners, suite attendants, culinary staff, cashiers, and supervisors to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas before, during, and after events.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work assignments, including stocking service stations, polishing glassware, replenishing supplies, and cleaning work areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and promptly resolve service concerns while escalating issues to management when appropriate.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain compliance with company cash handling, PCI, and responsible beverage service policies.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, inventory, and restocking as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance in accordance with company uniform standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 18 years of age (or minimum legal age required by state and local regulations to serve alcohol).

Two (2) to three (3) years of experience serving in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant, lounge, club, hotel, stadium, or hospitality environment preferred.

Previous cocktail serving experience strongly preferred.

Current TABC Certification (or ability to obtain before first scheduled shift).

Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.

Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
