Job summary

River City Casino & Hotel in Missouri is hiring a Casino Barback to support the casino floor by delivering beverage orders, maintaining the assigned section, and providing guest amenities. The role requires clearing glassware and ensuring clean presentation during shifts 3:45 pm–12:15 am or 6:45 pm–3:15 am, with pay of $7.50 per hour plus tips (avg $150–$300 per shift).

As a Casino Barback you will:

Pay: $7.50 per hour + tips (Avg $150 to $300 in tips) | Shift: 3:45 pm - 12:15 am or 6:45 pm - 3:15 am

• tip averages are based per shift.
• Make routine rounds of assigned section on casino floor to obtain beverage orders.
• Deliver beverage orders and provide amenities to guests such as matches, beverage napkins, and ashtrays and maintain assigned section by collecting used glassware, ashtrays, and trash.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Attempt to limit problems related to guests’ excessive drinking by providing responsible alcohol service.
