Peppermill Careers is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide beverages and service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner at our Reno, NV property.

The role involves greeting guests, maintaining a clean environment, and serving alcoholic beverages with precision while applying pricing, mixology, and comp rules for player cards. Flexibility to work various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• Minimum of one year cocktailing experience preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry a 25 lb tray and stand for long periods.
• Able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Applies knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.

Completes all shift side work requirements.

Demonstrates understanding of casino floor sections.
