Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Northwood, IA is seeking a friendly cocktail server to greet guests, take drink orders, and deliver beverages in a fast-paced casino setting.

You will maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, balance trays, handle cash, and collaborate with bar staff while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Evening and weekend shifts may be required; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with friendly outgoing personality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation.
• Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to ten (10) pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
• Work environment can include smoke, flashing lights, and excessive noise.
