Job summary

Thompson’s Bookstore in Fort Worth, TX is hiring Cocktail Servers to join our Amazing Team. You will assist guests by offering craft cocktails, transmit orders to bar using POS, and ensure a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include supporting cigar lounge events as we expand, maintaining sanitation and a cheerful guest experience. Requirements include exceptional teamwork, high energy, POS experience, strong math, verbal communication, and a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with craft cocktails and seasonal drink ideas; support cigar lounge/private events as needed.
• Transmit orders to bar via POS system and note special requests.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and beverage policies.
• Serve guest orders from the bar and ensure timely delivery.
• Check on guests and respond to requests throughout their experience.
• Maintain clean table settings, refill beverages, and address special needs.
• Present checks and process payments.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.

Thompson’s Bookstore in Fort Worth, TX is now hiring Cocktail Servers to join our Amazing Team!

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests by offering craft cocktails and suggesting seasonal drink menu items
  • As we are expanding, will also include cigar lounge/private event servicing
• Transmit orders to bar using point-of-sale system, noting any special needs or requests.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and beverage control policies.
• Serve guests orders by picking up and delivering them from the bar
• Check on guests and respond to additional requests throughout their experience.
• Maintain a clean table setting by removing glassware once completed, refilling beverages, or addressing other special needs.
• Present check to customer and handle form of payment.
• Conclude experience by thanking guests for their business and invite them to return.
