Serve food and/or beverages to guests in a courteous and friendly manner, adhering to established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards.

Essential Job Functions

1. Greet guests, take beverage orders, serve drinks, and fulfill guest requests.
2. Abide by state, federal, and corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
3. Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
4. Follow established cash handling and bank procedures.
5. Perform side work duties as scheduled.
6. Assist with bartending and bussing during staffing shortages or peak times.
7. Work towards increasing guest satisfaction scores.
8. Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
9. Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
10. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements
