Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide beverage service to guests on the gaming floor. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods.

You will inform guests about beer, wine, and drink options, handle payments, and uphold service procedures while delivering friendly, courteous service and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and viewing all requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as stated.
• Ability to stand in a working position for up to eight hours.
• Ability to carry trays weighing up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages to patrons on the gaming floor.
• Carry trays of drinks weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Keep service area clean at all times.
• Inform customers of beer, wine, and drink selections.
• Follow all service procedures in the beverage manual.
• Collect money from customers and make accurate change.
• Observe patrons and, if necessary, persuade customers to limit alcohol intake and arrange transportation.
• Perform duties with exceptional customer service skills, being friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests.

• Perform duties with exceptional customer service skills, being friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests.

Schedule

Full Time, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays

$18.07/hour (including premium pay) with 20 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire
