Job summary

Gin & Luck is seeking a Bartender in New York who can expertly craft cocktails, manage a busy bar, and provide exceptional guest service. You will ensure responsible service, maintain bar mise en place, and supportFOH tasks while representing our core values.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending and knowledge of cocktails
• Ability to operate a POS system and manage bar setup
• Strong guest service and allergy awareness

Responsibilities

• Arrive with a positive attitude and be prepared for shift
• Know table and position numbers across sections
• Set up bar station and maintain mise en place for service
• Serve alcoholic beverages to guests 21+ and check IDs
• Maintain knowledge of products, ingredients and allergens
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation
• Report guest complaints and follow company steps
• Build relationships with regular guests and local community
• Comply with sanitation standards and procedures
• Assist in training new hires
