Responsibilities

• Greets patrons upon arrival and assists with seating.
• Takes orders accurately and courteously; answers questions about items.
• Writes tickets and processes payments; maintains cash register.
• Prepares drinks using standard recipes and garnishes.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and stocks supplies.
• Resolves patron issues with management escalation when needed.
• Completes required paperwork and records.
