Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Food Handler Certification.
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails.

• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Checking ID when alcohol is ordered.
• Enforcing policies regarding alcohol consumption.
• Mixing and serving cocktails; knowledge of beer and wine pairings.
• Suggesting menu items based on customer taste.
• Taking orders and inputting them accurately.
• Opening and maintaining tabs during shift.
• Stock bar with beverages and supplies.
