Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Merchandiser to stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts and ensure displays, end caps, and racks are filled for consumers.

The role includes monitoring date codes, rotating stock for quality, and collaborating with store personnel. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in retail or similar fields, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours and local travel required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of work experience.
• Minimum one year in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during work hours.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; clean driving record.
• Experience with pallet jacks/high loaders; ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsabilidades

• Stock and replenish products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers and transport between backroom and sales floor.
• Build or modify product displays and maintain signage; clean space and secure damaged products.
• Manage backroom inventory and monitor levels with the account manager; apply FIFO practices.
• Evaluate damaged product, re-pack, rotate stock, and complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with team and store personnel; share recap photos and notes via Teams after servicing accounts.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
