Job summary

Citi is seeking a Lead Analyst for Acquisition Strategy & Performance Analytics in Irving, TX. You will own end-to-end performance management for cobrand card acquisitions, partnering across Product, Channel Management, Risk, and Finance to shape strategy and optimize investments.

You will build dashboards with Adobe Analytics and Tableau, deliver weekly updates, and present findings to senior leadership. A hybrid in-office/remote schedule applies.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in financial services or marketing with analytics focus.
• Proficient in Adobe Analytics and Tableau to build dashboards and analyze trends.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for senior-ready outputs.
• Knowledge of P&Ls and marketing investment management.

Responsibilities

• Translate acquisition performance KPIs into actionable insights for strategy.
• Develop and maintain an acquisition performance dashboard with channel managers.
• Deliver weekly performance updates identifying risks and opportunities.
• Track financial metrics across marketing investment and incentives.
• Prepare high-impact presentations for senior leadership and partners.
