Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Coax Splicer II in North Jackson, OH to splice coaxial cable for aerial and underground networks. You will test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements include 18+, US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a DOT physical. Two years of coax splicing experience is preferred; pole climber certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• DOT physical exam and valid medical card required.
• Two years of coax splicing experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform coax splicing for aerial and underground installations.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot post-installation equipment.
• Document work and maintain material usage records.
• Operate safely at heights and in confined spaces.
• Complete basic vehicle maintenance and daily reports.
