CableCom, LLC is hiring a Coax Splicer to join our telecommunications construction teams in Washington state. You will splice coaxial networks for providers delivering internet, TV, and phone services, in both aerial and underground environments.

The role requires focus on safety, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards. Compensation is hourly, with benefits and opportunities for advancement within a safety-conscious company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months coax splicing experience or one year in telecom industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment post-installation.
• Ensure splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Safely navigate heights from underground to aerial installations.
• Complete daily vehicle maintenance and fluid checks.
• Document work via daily production reports and map updates.
