Job summary

The position requires a 4-year technical degree or equivalent, with preferred experience in technical services and coatings. You'll have the opportunity for both professional development and a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical Service and coatings experience preferred.
• NACE CIP certification preferred (Level 2+ for advanced candidates) or ability to obtain.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong technical expertise in Carboline products.
• Assess product strengths and limitations for effective solutions.
• Serve as a technical expert for assigned product lines.
• Troubleshoot product and application issues with Sales.
• Conduct job site inspections as needed.
