Job summary

PPG is seeking a Coatings Spray Technician for the weekend night shift at our Cleveland, OH site. You will operate spray equipment and robotics to test coatings, with paid training and no prior experience required. The role reports to the Applications Supervisor and runs Friday to Monday nights, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Base salary is $52,000 with an additional weekend premium. Medical, dental, vision benefits, 401(k) with matching, and paid vacation/holiday pay are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, etc.)

As a Coatings Spray Technician, Weekend Nights, you will join our Paint Process Laboratory team. You will work with advanced spray equipment and robotics to test and evaluate coatings used in real-world applications. You will report to the Applications Supervisor and work onsite in Cleveland, OH.

NO Prior Experience Necessary. Paid Training.

This shift is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7pm to 5:30am.

The base salary for this position is $52,000 with an additional weekend premium offered.

• Set up and operate spray equipment following standard procedures
• Run paint applications tests using automated and robotic systems, spray and test samples of paint from production
