Job summary

DuBois Chemicals Canada is seeking a Production Handler – Coatings Removal to join the team. You will work in a hands-on role handling coating removal processes, loading and unloading equipment, and ensuring production runs smoothly while following safety standards.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and communicate effectively with team members. Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with some overtime opportunities and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient with reading and following safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse or production environments.
• Forklift experience (sit-down) and certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, and EPA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily tasks and manage production workflow.
• Load/unload ovens and tanks; operate dipping and washing processes.
• Package product for shipment and maintain logs (wash, oven, weight).
• Operate a 3000psi power washer and handle parts transfer between stations.
• Adhere to safety policies; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain housekeeping and PPE compliance.
