Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Production Handler - Coatings Removal to join the team in Wisconsin. You will follow safety and quality standards while supporting coatings removal processes and packaging products for shipment.

The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, forklift operation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will participate in continuous improvement and maintain logs and proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing, warehouse or production experience.
• 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience; certification a plus.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse management software (Dynamics 365 a plus).
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Standing/walking 6 hours of an 8-hour shift.
• ISO, OSHA, EPA regulations knowledge preferred.
• Coatings Removal industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily tasks.
• Load and unload ovens and tanks.
• Process product through dip system and coating removal operations.
• Package product for shipment.
• Maintain safety and quality benchmarks.
• Operate 3000psi power washer.
• Maintain wash logs and oven logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Housekeeping of plant and surrounding areas.
