Job summary

Diamond Vogel is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform routine inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. You will document results, evaluate color accuracy, and collaborate with production, R&D, and QA teams to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 1–3 years in quality control or related settings, an Associate degree or equivalent experience, and a willingness to learn ERP and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Document inspection results and test data in ERP and quality systems.
• Evaluate products against established quality specifications, standards, and tolerances.
• Visually evaluate color variations and use color matching software to ensure color accuracy.
• Identify quality concerns or deviations and communicate findings to Quality Control leadership.
• Assist with investigations into quality issues and customer complaints as needed.
• Support corrective and preventive actions and collaborate with production and QA teams.
