The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with production processes and software tools. Candidates should possess a HS diploma or GED and ideally 3+ years in manufacturing, with capacity to obtain a 608 refrigerant certification.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team, assigns tasks and provides guidance.
• Coordinates daily production activities to meet targets.
• Monitors quality control and safety compliance.
• Allocates labor, equipment and materials to support the production plan.
• Generates reports on productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Address production and quality issues as they arise.
• Provides safety training and audits.
